- 1tsp Oil
- To taste Salt
- 1/2tsp Red chilli powder
- 1tsp Coriander powder

- 1pinch Asafetida
Steps to make Gvar pod potato
- Cut the stem on both sides of guar pods and remove it. And cut into 2-2 inch pieces. Now boil the potatoes and guar pods in a cooker until it gets whistle.
- After the arrival of two whistle, remove the guar pods and potatoes from the cooker in any vessel. Take out the water by pressing the guar beans properly.
- Peel potatoes and take out their peel. Mash the potatoes and guar beans well in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan. After the oil is heated, add cumin and asafetida to the pan, now add green chilies to the oil and fry them lightly.
- Now add turmeric in the oil and put mashed potatoes and guar beans, mix well.
