  1. 6 boiled Potatoes
  2. 1/4 cup Butter
  3. 1/4 cup Milk
  4. 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  5. 1/4 cup Gruyére Cheese grated
  6. 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  7. Salt and Pepper

Steps to make Oven baked Mashed Potatoes with Gruyére and Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Boil potatoes until soft.
  2. Melt milk and butter.
  3. Mash the potatoes until just a few lumps remain. Add into the potatoes the milk and butter mixture, salt and pepper and stir.
  4. Slowly add in both cheeses and continue to mix together.
  5. In a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a little Gruyére cheese and mix.
  6. Pour potato mix into a baking pan and top with breadcrumb mix. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes and until golden brown. This delicious melty potato side dish is absolutely delicious….:)
